We will discuss funding arrangements with you from the outset. Generally, our clients privately fund the litigation. However, in certain cases, we will consider damages based agreements (this is where we take a percentage of the recoveries) or a conditional fee agreement (this is where we receive an increase on our hourly rates if you win). We can also seek to engage third party funders or insurers to reduce risks and to fund the litigation.
